Kaharagian nationality is a voluntary civic and legal bond with the nation, its institutions, and its national registers. It carries corresponding rights and responsibilities.
Rights
Rights of Kaharagian nationals
Holders of Kaharagian nationality enjoy the following rights:
- Recognition: Recognition as part of the Kaharagian nation and inclusion in the national registers
- Access to Services: Access to the ePortal and relevant records or services maintained by the State
- Eligibility for Honours: Eligibility for national honours conferred by His Royal Highness The Prince
- Community Participation: Ability to take part in community events, initiatives, and the civic life of Kaharagia
Duties
Duties of Kaharagian nationals
With nationality come certain duties and responsibilities:
- Uphold Dignity: Upholding the dignity and values of the Kaharagian nation in one's conduct
- Respect the Sovereign: Respecting the Sovereign and the lawful order of the State
- Live by Our Values: Conducting oneself in line with the principles set out in Our Values
- Lawful Conduct: Abiding by the laws and decrees of the Principality
Residence and immigration status
An important distinction
Kaharagian nationality does not confer a right to enter or reside in any country and does not provide immigration status. Kaharagian nationals remain subject to the laws of their country of residence.
